The incumbent will possess the knowledge and experience to assure any network problems will be handled promptly.Qualifications:• 5+ years current, hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, load balancers, vpn’s and firewalls• 5+ years current, hands-on experience with Cisco security methodologies and network management and access control tools (such as TACACS+ and NAC)• 2-3 years current, experience with Voice Over IP• 2-3 years current hands-on experience with performance tuning• Hands-on experience with Windows, Solaris and Linux• Experience with Internet facing high availability environments• Expertise with DNS and routing protocols (such as BGP and EIGRP) • Expertise in executing various software installs and upgrades, with strong skills in patch investigation and application• BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience. • Preferred, Cisco Certified Network Associate• Preferred, Cisco Certified Network ProfessionalRequired Skills:• Availability for 24X7 coverage (pager / remote access) • Availability for weekend maintenance• Extremely strong in teamwork and cooperation• Extremely strong organization skills and an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks• Ability to provide professional support to Development, QA, Operations and Client teams• Ability to work and solve problems independently• Flexibility with respect to working hoursWhat Online Resources Offers:• Competitive Compensation • Health, Dental, Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance• 401(k) Match• Paid Leave • Stock Purchase Program• Tuition Reimbursement • Pet Insurance• Free Home Banking• Business Casual Dress Code • Excellent Team Atmosphere• Many additional benefits and perks!
