Sr. Research Analyst-Richmond, VA

Full service global advertising agency seeks a Sr. Research Analyst to handle analytics for major clients in our Richmond, VA office.  The primary role of this position is to perform analytics that deliver improved results on behalf of our clients.  Detailed responsibilities include:

 Establishing experimental designs prior to and conducting analysis after marketing campaigns, including significance testing Developing profiles, predictive models and segmentation systems that will enhance client campaign performance Delivering value-added insight into analysis results and recommendations for action, based on findings Attending team meetings, occasional travel, client exposure and assignment to key clients Effectively communicating agency capabilities, building relationships with key agency and client contacts, and managing client expectations

Required Qualifications: Graduate degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or related field SAS programming and Microsoft office proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks 3+ years applied analytical DBM/CRM work experience Desirable:SAS programming (5+ years)Analytical/database marketing experience (5+ years) Web analytics

 SSalary:  $75 - $90K
