Job responsibilities will include installation and configuration of base products as well as significant customizations that will be incorporated into the products. The ideal candidate will have a strong object oriented programming background while having the social skills to communicate effectively with the implementation team, product team as well as client contacts. Candidate must be a self-starter and possess good troubleshooting and customer services skills.Essential Functions:Application software installation and configurationCustom programming (C#) to accommodate client requestsInterface with various departments within ORCC as well as client contactsSupport the configuration environment for validation and verification of new and existing features.Conduct QA throughout the implementation process and validate test client specific test casesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information technologies, computers, management or related field is required.Required Certifications:NoneRequired Skills:Experience working with Microsoft IIS and SQL server – Minimum 5 yearsExperience working with JAVA, C++, C# or .NET Framework - Minimum 5 yearsExcellent written and verbal communications skills.Ability to follow detailed instructions as provided by both management and clients.Team player looking to interact with a variety of different departments.Desired Skills:Experience in Information Technology, Financial Services or Banking is a plus.Background with automated lending and account opening systems.This position description is meant to describe the general nature of duties related to this position.
