THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Broadcast Traffic Coordinator is responsible for supervising the scheduling, monitoring and tracking of the internal workflow for all clients and is responsible for positive internal/external client satisfaction. Working closely with internal departments and external vendors, the Sr. Traffic Coordinator will coordinate and transmit media to television and radio stations by planning, organizing, activating, and controlling the day-to-day process of transmitting scripts and materials to the appropriate media outlet. The successful candidate will be a proactive type of contributor who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, equivalent experience. Must be computer literate with proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook/Express with the ability to learn new computer systems. 3-5 years experience as a Sr. Traffic Coordinator / Traffic Coordinator. Must be willing to work one evening shift a week.
