Sr. Traffic Manager

Description:
A leading Experiential / Digital agency is seeking a Senior Traffic Manager to manage, track and report on the communication development process from creative inception through execution / delivery including print, digital and experiential program design elements.

Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development of proven, efficient trafficking processes and procedures to fully operationalize the company’s creative department.
• Manage and track the design, approval, proofreading and production processes of numerous design projects, including print, digital and video executions.
• Understands how to use technology to create more efficient trafficking processes
• Provide a major supporting role in the company’s transition to an online trafficking system (Spinnaker) in NYC and detailed communication to satellite offices to ensure company-wide understanding regarding processes and delivery of creative.
• Negotiate timelines and ensure that all deadlines are maintained through published, detailed schedules
• Prioritize projects with Senior Management and spearhead weekly meetings to discuss timelines and deliverables. Set priorities as needed within the design department.
• Acts as principle liaison between Creative and Account Teams
• Partner with outside agencies, suppliers and vendors, as required, in managing internal client’s promotional and marketing efforts
• Manage one full-time Traffic Manager / Assistant

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ Years of Experience in project delivery, traffic and production; advertising agency experience a plus
• Proven organization skills with the ability to think in a detail oriented manner
• Experience within a high-volume agency, graphic design firm, is strongly desired
• Proven track record in implementing / managing online traffic processes and systems
• Experience in building efficient working relationship among departments
• Strong working knowledge of print and digital delivery processes
• Proficient with multiple software platforms and programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Understanding of design software is a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
