Be a part of the entrepreneurial energy of the Philadelphia sales and servicing team.You will be responsible for developing a strategic plan, setting clear goals with individuals and leading your team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional service to our contractors and clients: Hiring, training, and coaching staff to ensure peak performance Developing and implementing client acquisition strategy. Designing and implementing recruitment plan. Managing and growing revenue, gross profit, and operating profit. Leading and motivating the Philadelphia team on a daily basis to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and contractors Facilitate meetings to align sales activities with service delivery results.Your qualifications are: 7 years plus, management experience within staffing or a professional services organization. Successful team leadership with significant revenue growth. Proven track record in expanding existing client base and managing members of a sales team Strong communicator with ability to leverage internal relationships.
