Seeking Experienced Sr. Level Support Manager with: Ability to oversee activities and personnel issues related to our Executive Client/ Account Management teamPast experience leading large teamsPrevious Customer Service or Advertising Management Exp. (3-4 Years)Experience supporting a sales organizationExperience supporting high-end Retail Clients from Top-100 Retailers ListAbility to strategically support revenue and growth objectives of strategic accounts.Proven experience creating, executing budgets.

JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the planning, scheduling and administration of activities and personnel issues related to the Strategic Account Management Team by performing the following duties.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university and three to four years Customer Service or Advertising management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

 

Staff

·        Supervises a staff of Strategic Account Managers; includes hiring, training, and evaluation

·        Develop and implement initiatives in order to enhance and achieve set objectives in administration, customer service, order entry, sales support and operations

·        Field issues escalated by Support Team, sales reps or clients and coordinate solutions with related departments

·        Assists Director of Account Services in development and execution of department plans and objectives

 

Execution

·        Ensures documentation of processes and support instructions necessary for exemplary client support

·        Develops and designs proactive and creative plans/programs in support of revenue and growth objectives

·        Oversees the execution of plans to ensure the retention and expansion of strategic accounts

·        Develop/implements procedures designed to eliminate errors and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness

 

Internal/External Client Relations

·        Maintain a clear focus on internal/external customer satisfaction, taking prompt action when needed to meet the expectations of our internal/external customers

·        Work directly with Director of National Accounts to strategize ways to increase customer satisfaction

·        Communicates directly as needed with accounts that MailSouth provides mailing services
