Description:ResponsibilitiesConsult strategically with pharmaceutical and/or CPG clients during every phase of Relationship Marketing program design, from research and planning to analyzing and optimizing results. Programs must be designed with broad marketing requirements in mind. Collaborate with client brand teams and their agencies to develop Direct to Consumer and Direct to Physician marketing programs. Program design will encompass: 1. Secondary research 2. Segmentation development 3. Market sizing and forecasting 4. Communication strategy development 5. Communication Architecture 6. Program design.Direct Epsilon analytic resources in the "mining" of data as input into CRM program design.Work with client's secondary research teams and Epsilon research teams to gain insight into customer behavior with an emphasis on determining how rational and emotional drivers guide the design of acquisition, conversion & adherence programs. Guide our client stakeholders such as CRM team, brand team, PR, eMarketing, Media, Regulatory, Legal and Sales to align goals, gain input on RM strategies/tactics and drive business performance.About the OpportunityThis position will work from home and commute around 30% to the client site in New Jersey. Prefer the Consultant live within a commutable area such as Pennsylvania and allow for day trips.The Strategic Services Consultant is responsible for using data and analysis resources to generate practical customer insight and CRM-related counsel (featuring findings, implications and recommendations) for account teams and clients. Additionally, this role will collaborate with client brand teams and their agencies in strategy and planning work sessions pertaining to CRM, Relationship Marketing and Direct To Consumer Marketing. They will represent the Strategic Consulting Team on account teams comprised of several specialists across various functional areasQualifications:Experience in shaping the strategic direction and design of large scale integrated Direct To Consumer marketing campaigns.3-5 years working in a consulting capacity.Must have a research-oriented mindset and comfort working with qualitative and quantitative research to identify business and marketing opportunities. 2 years managing external Relationship Marketing agencies Marketing agency-side experience required.Ability to understand and apply financial models to measure program performance.Outstanding listening, concise communication and superior relationship building skills.High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills.
