Responsibilities Include:

· Responsible for extracting, importing and managing data for multiple clients using various client software systems.

· Generating monthly and quarterly expenditures reports for supplier diversity managers and consultants.

· Conduct vendor searches and reviews of capabilities and track information in vendor management system for future reference.

· Establishing vendor relationships and in-depth knowledge of the various disciplines supporting the advertising industry.

· Plan and execute internal and external vendor outreach events.

· Advise diverse suppliers in navigating through the vendor management system and client’s new supplier processes.

· Validate the status and advise vendors in certification process.

· Serve as SME for PPS staff and offer vendor recommendations for upcoming solicitation opportunities.

· Provide training to PPS and client staff in using vendor management system.

· Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and ensure that information in system is updated and properly maintained.

· Prepare and send routine vendor correspondence and newsletters.

  Requirements

· Successful candidates will possess the ability to interact professionally and provide exceptional service, both internally and externally, at all times.

· Bachelor’s degree or significant experience in vendor management, contract, procurement or database administration required.

· 3+ years of experience preferred
