POSITION DESCRIPTION   

Position Title: Support Analyst, MediaWhiz Display, Text Link Ads productLocation: New York

Classification:  Exempt

 

POSITION REPORTS TO:  GM, MediaWhiz Display, Text Link Ads product

POSITIONS SUPERVISED: N/A

 

POSITION PURPOSE:  This position will be responsible for providing end user technical support via email and some phone for advertisers and publisher accounts.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIESProvide user technical support via email and phone for advertisers and publisher accountsServe as customer support point of contact or basic technical support questionsInteract with advertisers and publishers on a daily basis

 

 

QUALIFICATIONSIntermediate internet and customer support experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle issues in a pleasant, professional manner are a mustWillingness to learn and work in a fast paced environmentExperience with the follow is preferred:  Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista; Internet Explorer/Netscape/Mozilla/FireFox web browsers; Internet Security and Pop-up blocking softwareBasic understanding of internet concept technologies
