The Support Engineer’s role is to provide the first level of support to internal end users in the organization.  This includes day to day requests including desktops, notebooks, printers, software, and network connectivity.  This position is a good learning and growth opportunity for the right individual. 

 

 Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot, research and resolve all user-reported issues and follow proper escalation procedures for resolution.

· Support the process of imaging and building new notebooks and desktops.

· Perform setup tasks such as adding new users, revising permissions and account setup on various applications.

· Conduct end user training on IT procedures and selected software packages as needed.

· Assignment of issues using Help Desk system.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep existing notebooks and desktops performing at their best.

 

Experience & Requirements:

· Four year college degree in business or computer related discipline.

· Demonstrated experience and interest in technology.

· Excellent customer service skills, sense of urgency and priority.
