Description:ResponsibilitiesThe Desktop Systems Administrator is Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for internal and remote customers. Administers the assembly and troubleshooting of desktop hardware and software, audio/visual and telecommunications for all Abacus locations local and remote. He/she will directly support the business by contributing in the areas of Desktop systems support and the first line of customer contact for the Systems and Network Services organization.
