Description:ResponsibilitiesWorking with other members of the solution team, including developers and business analysts, this individual will:Identify changes to solution components based upon reviewing business requirements. Define stories to address issues, as well as new features solution service offerings. Contribute innovative features to the solution road that improve the operation efficiency of the solution. Work collaboratively and proactively with other participants in identifying solutions for business challenges and problems Consider multiple approaches to solving problems and device the most cost effective solution Work diligently to resolve issues and exceptions with a sense of urgency Identify improvement opportunities for solution services. Understand and manage system configuration settings to appropriately meet business solution changes. Test software and system components and verify that they meet requirements This professional position is expected handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager.About the OpportunitySystems Analyst in the solutions organization is involved in the validation of functional design, and transformation into functioning solution feature. This includes the evaluation of proposed changes across the solution feature set to identify other potential impact areas.Qualifications:Required Experience and Skills: Demonstrated customer care and billing analysis skills in deregulated or regulated utility markets Experience with CIS systems such as Excelergy, Banner, Peace Experience in customer care applications used by call center personnel Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues Ability to create, document, and follow processes and procedures Strong system analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently without high degree of supervision Ability to work a team player Ability to make decisions using critical reasoning Experience dealing with high stress situations, ability to maintain calm and cool composure, think rationally, and solve problems in such situations Passion for customer satisfaction, internal and external Sense of urgency: The successful candidate will possess a high energy level which allows them to react to situations quickly and decisively Minimum of 3 years experience in a billing and customer care environment Prior experience with telcom or utility billing models.
