Scope/Responsibility

 

 The Systems Operations Analyst is responsible for performing campaign response related operations, client specific traffic support, select ID Media business systems and project support and ensuring that internal and external client needs are met.

This position has a high degree of involvement with the business user community.

 

 Position Requirements

§ Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize work and manage time efficiently

§ Strong personal presentation skills

§ Flexibility to work overtime as required

§ College graduate with a BS or BA degree

§ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access, Adobe Acrobat; FTP 95 Pro a plus

§ Knowledge of telemarketing concepts and components a plus

§ Knowledge of or prior experience with media tracking systems a plus

§ Application, process testing and training experience a plus

§ Develop full knowledgebase of telemarketing, Datatech Broadcast system (with special emphasis on campaign response tracking capabilities) and ID Media Broadcast process and procedure.  Ensure all campaign response tracking related system capabilities are fully utilized.

§ Provide user support for Datatech campaign response tracking and reporting.  Support includes

§ Create and verify client database report files; post to client ftp site.
