POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for the integration of resources through daily management of Studio/Creative job scheduling, managing project timelines, routing for approvals and reporting

daily job status to all team members.

 

This position offers an individual a rewarding opportunity to diversify their skills. It involves daily interaction with all areas of agency processes including Creative, Studio, Production and Client Partnership.

 

 

 

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1.

Maintains a daily log of all jobs due to and from Client Partnership, Studio, Creative and Production.

 

2.

Meets daily with Production Manager to stay current on status of all active jobs.

 

3.

Routes all jobs to Proofing, Creative, Production, and Client Partnership prior to release at all stages.

 

4.

Maintains a calendar of Studio’s and Creative’s work due. 

5.

Filing of all job jackets and printed samples at completion of job.

 

6. 

Ensures appropriate approvals are received through each stage of routing.

 

7.

Final job filing

Monitors accurate release of files to production for printing.

 

9.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

 

EDUCATION:

Four year college degree in related field (preferred)

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

0-1 years experience in an advertising agency or vendor related field. 

 

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

General PC proficiency and Intermediate Excel.

 

 

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Acute attention to detail and strong proofing skills.  Flexibility in handling many tasks/projects at once.  Ability to work independently with little supervision.  Must possess strong problem solving skills and a handle conflict management.

 

 

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Strong interpersonal skills with advanced communication skills.
