Welcome to PMD! 

 

We are a full service Advertising Agency located in Parsippany, New Jersey in search of a Traffic Manager/Media Coordinator.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

1.     The negotiation of media buys.

 

2.     The reservation and placement of newspaper and magazine ads, as well as radio and television commercials and the . 

 

2.     Write PR releases from time to time.

 

3.     Work closely with our managing partner to meet the needs of numerous clients who are mostly Auto Dealers.

 

4.     Proof the work of our Graphic Artists prior to release to the necessary media.

 

5.     Drive creative projects from start to finish to make necessary deadlines.

 

6.     Manage client media calendars.

 

Please be aware:

 

This position requires a large amount of client interaction.

 

Your creativity will be helpful as you will also be a part of brainstorming sessions with the creative team working on various client projects.

 

If you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills in order to meet critical media deadlines WE WANT YOU! 

 

Experience with Auto Dealer accounts are a necessity.  If you do not have this experience, please do not apply.
