As a Technical Support Representative based in Washington, DC, your first mission will be to complete formal training in our Harborside office in Jersey City, NJ to learn our internal systems and processes. Your past experience in applications support, desktop/network support, or data center operations will prepare you to set up and install user systems, troubleshoot to find solutions when problems arise, and escalate to other team members when necessary. Knowledge of hardware, software, cabling, and telecommunications equipment will give you the expertise necessary to assist users efficiently and professionally. But these skills pale in comparison to our need for superior customer service provided with excellent communication skills. You will be reporting to a manager in another part of the country, so the ability to work autonomously will also be crucial to your success.
