 Job Description

 

Telemarketing Sales Manager. This position is responsible for implementing solutions that increase sales to the existing customers of a major international product and services marketing company.

 

The Sales Manager will supervise a team of salespeople and be responsible for the motivation, coaching, inspiration, and revenue growth of the sales team.

 

The Sales Manager will understand that success in this position, and the ability to grow sales, depends upon the application and analysis of detailed results metrics related to the operation of the sales unit.

 

The Sales Manager will demonstrate competence and skill in coaching and training sales personnel, recruiting and motivating new hires, understanding and achieving targets and goals, and the use of personal creativity in achieving the sales program’s success.

 

The Sales Manager will be seen as a “driver” and motivator, one who constantly pushes sales personnel on the team to higher levels of achievement. While acting as a “driver”, the sales manager will also be perceived by the sales team as ethical and uncompromising in maintaining integrity in the sales process.
