Responsibilities include:   Initiating  telephone calls to new and current business customers regarding Yellow Pages and Internet advertising new customers leads are provided Discussing customers ’ business strategies with them and develops advertising programs to meet their needs utilizing custom software applications  Handling detailed paperwork, completes contract and follows up to ensure billing and artwork needs are handled and use computers for order entry Meeting aggressive sales quotas/objectives and post daily sales results Contacting delinquent accounts for payment when necessary  Utilizing state-of the art media planning tools

Qualifications Ability to achieve, and desire to surpass, individual and team sales targets Strong listening and probing skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, deadline-driven work environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Internet proficiency Willingness to accept a base plus commission position Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel Experience with outbound telephone sales and/or telemarketing preferred Bachelor ’ s degree preferred Ability to attend world class sales training in Dayton, Ohio for five weeks
