Traffic Account Coordinator

Advertising Agency needs a Traffic Account Coordinator.  Position requires an extremely organized individual, who is an excellent multi-tasker. 

 

The individual we are looking for is a “thick skinned” professional with strong communication skills; a customer service mentality, and someone who is a team player that can roll up there sleeves and dive in when necessary.

 

Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to troubleshoot routine situations as well as dealing with any unique issues that may arise.  Must be a team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

 

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of jobs between various departments within the agency.  This successful person must be assertive, highly motivated and extremely organized.

 

Requirements:2+ years of proven project management/traffic experienceExperience in scheduling, estimating, timeline creation and status reportsExcellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat) the ability to learn new software programs quickly is strongly desired. Strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects all with strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills are essential

 

Additionally, the ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is crucial to being successful in this position.
