Traffic Coordinator

Position Summary  This position is the crucial link among all departments: account services, art, copy, studio, editorial and production.  This position is responsible for implementing workflow of all jobs in the agency.  This is a great opportunity for the right candidate!Traffic Responsibilities  Manage all agency projects internally by coordinating timing, deliverables and prioritization of workload from inception to completion  Lead daily and/or weekly status meetings for entire team Provide status updates on a daily and weekly basis; daily alerts, weekly status reports Coordinate job start-up meetings and generate timelines for all new jobs Provide verbal and written updates throughout the day   Route all projects through editorial, art, copy, account, production and the studio Prepare all submission materials, including medical/legal submissions, DDMAC and disk releases for clients and vendors Coordinate all pre-press production with internal studio to ensure elements such as project specs are updated, retouching is done and files are built to mechanical for printing Identify potential and existing issues and problem solve on a daily basis Maintain all record keeping for each account, both paper and electronicEducation:  Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Experience:   Previous traffic experience with with advertising/marketing agency Knowledge & understanding of agency workflow processes Proficient in MS Office Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to juggle shifting priorities Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills Company: Grey Healthcare Group Location: Summit, NJ 07901 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Project/Program Management Relevant Work Experience: Less than 1 Year Career Level: Entry Level   Company: Grey Healthcare Group Email: Apply by Email Address: Summit, NJ 07901
