Traffic Supervisor

Position Summary  The general function of the Traffic Manager is to maintain the workflow of the traffic department as well as identifying key ways to improve upon agency systems and reduce costs. Responsibilities · Work with department to distribute workload, including account assignments and coverage · Work with the agency to develop new systems· Directly manage traffic department, attend status/start-up meetings, trouble shoot, identify potential issues, maintain agency procedures and processes· Train all new coordinators· Contribute to department growth by developing “better” ways to improve policies and procedures · Coordinate all office facility services, including Fed Ex, messengers, and the department voucher list· Conduct agency presentations for certain clients · Possess an in-depth knowledge of agency processes and procedures  Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Experience:  3-5 years of experience working in traffic within an advertising agency.
