ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedules and facilitates all Sales Operations Training classes

Ensures all New Hires have a positive experience during their New Hire Training

Facilitates both the training and social introduction during the Training period

Prepares and maintains all training materials both electronic and hard copy for all trainings

Solicits continual feedback regarding effectiveness of training classes to ensure content, structure and presentation meet the needs of the Team.

Coaches during training for development and understanding

Scores homework and tests from applicable trainings

Schedules shadowing and follow up interviews to assess skill capability

Provides feedback on training results and implications to Sales Operations Leadership

Works with Sales Operations Leadership to create and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Operations Training Guide

Ensures all SOP changes are promptly and correctly reflected in the training classes and materials

Ensures positive image and reputation for the Sales Operations Training within the organization and outside

Other training duties as assigned
