Requirements:

Previous supervisor experience needed and/or successfully finish the non-sales aspiring managers program. Title: Unit Manager Department: The Jackson Sales Clerical Unit Manager provides supervisory support for the Pre/Post Team. He/She is responsible for the adherence to all SCA AT&T policies and follow-up on procedures for quality assurance. Duties: responsible for becoming and remaining familiar with procedures within the unit. 1) Relationship Management and satisfy customer needs as well as develop areas for improvement. Continually address issues and concerns with the team members and monitor KBA-ERT program. 2) Planning Effectiveness and improve production through effective and proper utilization of all systems (ACCESS, Spartan, WebQuery, etc.) and oversee all workloads to insure all deadlines are met. Assist with and/or implement training for new hires and provide on-going procedure training for all clerks within the unit. 3. Recruit, Hire and Retain great people and interact with all Berry/ATT employees and Customers in a professional supportive manner. Achieve superior Our People Survey scores as well as implement and follow up on action plans and feedback sessions. 4. Ability to utilize system resources, such as ACRM, RTMS, Spartan, WebQuery, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint. The Sales Clerical Unit Manager position reports directly to the Sales Support Manager. Location: JACKSON, MS
