VP - Client Service

MindFind is currently recruiting for a VP - Client Service to join a leading DFW advertising agency. The VP, Client Service will be the lead contact for the organizations clients’, and will assume ultimate responsibility for management of all aspects of client’s resources. A Minimum of 8 years experience in a client service role in an advertising agency is required, as well as Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience in the CPG industry.

 

Additional responsibilities and qualifications: Experience in leading and mentoring a direct marketing team and providing senior council to clients  Take the lead role on building the clients business, generating new strategies for agency-client partnershipsDevelop a thorough understanding of all of the client’s businesses, brands, customers, and competitive environments in order to contribute to the development of the most effective business solutions and communication and creative strategies which deliver against their business objectivesHave final decision making power on all elements of the product being delivered to the clientMust have a solid track record of understanding and applying direct/target marketing strategies that help CPG  succeed in the marketplaceSolid understanding of agency and creative process and integrated disciplinesHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated fiscal management skillsExperience with all aspects of client P & L accountability
