VP Customer Care

Manage Operations Centers within the Spotlight Eastern Division including the day-to-day operations of a 24-hour, 7-day a week location.
Create standards and expectations for the operation centers while establishing and maintaining rapport with sales organization, minimizing impact to sales teams, and aligning with Corporate/Division directives.
Oversee the development of policies and procedures within the fulfillment departments (Traffic, MCC and Business) across the division.
Motivate and develop customer-oriented fulfillment departments within the division.
Work with Traffic groups to optimize performance by reviewing and modifying workflow and system performance as needed.
Create and analyze information and reports that focus on statistics pertaining to the operational objective of delivering better customer service and quicker and more accurate fulfillment.
Maintain daily/weekly communication with market leadership relating to issues impacting the business.
Aid in creating departmental budget and managing monthly expenses.
Assist with reviewing, revising, and auditing all policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve any office staff performance deficiencies.
Attend daily, weekly, and/or monthly technical calls with Operational Staff.
Initiate and/or plan, organize, manage, execute, and maintain special projects requested by the Division VP.
Establish and review monthly performance reports with each Departmental Manager.
Meet monthly with local department heads for project status updates.
Meet bi-monthly with division for project status & updates.
Review monthly initiatives with sales leadership department heads.
Other duties as assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-7 years experience running a Sales or Operational Organization.
College Degree or equivalent experience.
Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visio skills required.
Understanding of networking, encoding, and digital insertion.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to deliver presentations to a variety of internal/external audiences including senior leadership.
Must have strong personal initiative and analytical skills.
Successful track record in influencing others to drive results.
Skill in developing, projecting, and meeting budget goals.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Must have an understanding of business workflow.
