Mindshare Creative, a full-service advertising agency located in Orange County is seeking a VP, Group Account Director with a proven track record to join our expanding team. As the VP, Group Account Director, you’ll function as the primary contact to senior-level account representation on behalf of Mindshare Creative. You’ll offer strategic guidance and help develop integrated marketing and communication plans
that include print, direct, digital and interactive media.

 

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- 15+ yrs. experience within an agency account management environment

- Expertise in print, direct, digital and interactive advertising

- Brand strategy development and execution

- Expertise in direct marketing and related disciplines (e.g. sales promotion, advertising, online/interactive, etc.)

- Successful track record of leading/growing ROI-driven accounts

- Solid verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

- Strong work ethic with the ability to be both a team player and team leader

- Ability to represent the agency and clients with a high level of intelligence and integrity

- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to motivate staff, peers, and clients
