You are invited to join an expert team dedicated to growing with a successful company by applying today.What would you be doing?As our client’s Vice President General Manager Inside Sales, you would be developing the company’s Inside Sales and Telemarketing departments to increase short- and long-term profitability. Other responsibilities would include: Planning, developing and implementing Inside Sales initiatives, objectives and policies Using industry-best practices to develop and refine the department’s business processes including hiring, training and retention of sales organizations, promotional telemarketing programs and new business development techniques Leveraging company resources to maximize revenue and meet sales goals Reporting to the President of the company and taking on new tasks as neededIs this the job for you?We’re looking for a seasoned senior manager with a proven ability to grow a call center’s profitability and client retention.
