As a VP of Sales/Business Development, you will develop and drive new strategic initiatives that will enable FetchBack to further capitalize on the estimated $25+ billion (2008) online advertising market. Your Qualifications and Key Success Factors:
· No spectators!
· Solid Computer and Internet skills
· Gotta love dogs!
· Strong people and leadership abilities
· Knowledge of 80’s music trivia a plus
· A clear preference for initiating and setting your own direction
· A sense of urgency
· Organizational and process skills
· A high threshold for pain (only required for company paintball outing, actual work will not cause physical harm)
· Sale management experience – 5+ years
· Accountability and able to hold your team accountable
· A desire to create change and use your voice when you have solutions
· A strong personality
· Ability to make strong coffee – in case the Starbucks franchise down the street goes under (which would also be a sign that the world is coming to an end soon, so don’t worry about the coffee thing)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
· Unafraid of change
· Unafraid of seeing co-workers in shorts at the office
· A strong conviction to personal growth and achieve goals – both inside and outside of the workplace
· Associate or Bachelors degree
· Ability to dodge flying objects propelled from a Nerf cannon

Experience in recruiting and developing a sales team from scratchEXTENSIVE experience in developing, coaching and mentoring Not afraid to do it yourself – (if you’re looking for a position with a personal assistant, this ain’t it)SOLID understanding of online industry terminology internet marketing strategies, search engine marketing, online promotions, creative, and email marketingProven experience in driving revenues from a team that you have developedProven longevity in past positionsMust have a strong ability to communicate effectively and express ideas in a well-planned and documented mannerExceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be extremely organized, detailed and results orientedAn analytical mind capable of learning quickly and adaptive to change.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyA comprehensive understanding of MS Office and Internet technologies (browsers, Flash, Excel, etc.)
