We are looking for a VP, Director, Talent Acquisition to take the lead in finding the best talent for CDM. Your primary role is to be the idea person (that’s the strategic development and creative part), and the driver (that’s the director part to get results), and recruiter for top talent for a company that keeps on growing. Also, you will partner with your Talent Acquisition Team who, along side of you, will handle the hiring of great talent from soup to nuts… and oh, you’ll need to do it in a creative way so you don’t break the bank too while you are at it.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment with at least 5 years managing a team for a large company. Having both corporate and executive search experience, and advertising agency experience is icing on the cake. Not to mention, you will need to aim to please (that’s the client service part) and you will need to play nice in the sandbox (that’s the strong interpersonal skills and relationship building part), and of course you’ll need to smile a lot because we want you to fit right in.
