Vice President - SBA

Our Client is a unique direct marketing agency driven by business intelligence, has a Fortune 500 client base, and specializes in providing actionable insights that turn customer data into profits. They have their headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our client provider of customer-relationship management (CRM) solutions to many Fortune 100 companies representing a variety of industries.

They are currently seeking a Vice President of Strategic Business Analysis (SBA).

The Vice President - Strategic Business Analysis is directly responsible for the growth of the competency including delivery processes, procedures and management. This job supports overall company goals through managing the delivery of SBAÕs services and managing the SBA organization and capabilities including people and technology.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Participates in the account and strategic planning with client for project definition.

Uses analytic and business methodologies and philosophies to design solutions to meet the clientÕs objectives.

Ensures SBA function meets clients needs and develops plans of action when necessary. Directly accountable for customer satisfaction.

Drives leading practices regarding SBA in the competency.

Accountable for ongoing assessment of all current SBA engagements in terms of delivery effectiveness, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Attends appropriate conferences, publishing, etc. to drive public exposure. Acts as an SME and Engagement Advisor for client projects.

Creates and presents business recommendations to meet client objectives.

Accountable for resource allocation to initiatives in the SBA group and direct modeling/forecasting/segmentation activities.

Defines a service delivery position in the market that provides a distinct competitive edge for Targetbase, in addition to providing vision and thought leadership.

Adheres to budget parameters for group; grows and develops human capital

1. Minimum requirements include 10+ years overall work experience

2. Knowledge of managing, developing and launching interactive initiatives

3. Preferred requirements include Masters/Doctorate Degree in Social Sciences/Computer Science/Business/Marketing and proficiency in SAS/SPSS and/or OLAP or Datamining tools

4. Preferred requirements also include 5+ years experience in Marketing Research, Database Marketing or CRM

5. Experience in modeling/forecasting/segmentation and in solving business problems

6. Fundamental understanding of common statistical techniques
