ResponsibilitiesExpert in customer acquisition strategies with a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.  Confidence in negotiating media buys, contracts and agreements with thorough understanding of their impact on revenue and profitability. Expert knowledge on driving high-volumes of traffic through Internet and Mobile channels.  Proven track record of increasing volume while decreasing costs.Technically savvy with ability to communicate to technical team Web 2.0 and mobile features and functionality.Deep understanding of CPA, CPL, CPM SEM, SEO, CPC and PPC. Expert at Internet marketing and best practices including thorough understanding of metrics, key drivers and how to improve them.Drive top-line revenue growth and profitability through the expansion of US and worldwide operations.  Oversee the development, execution and measuring of marketing and sales programs to acquire customers through Internet, Mobile and other sales channels.

Qualifications10+ years of Internet work experience with 3+ years working in the mobile spaceSuccessfully managed D2C online store with high-volume traffic.  Experience leading team to optimize conversions and customer experienceManage P+L and understand key drivers to reducing costs and decreasing  5+ years managing personnel including Director level, managers and creative team Deep list of contacts at affiliate networks, marketing companies and other businesses in the internet marketing space.  E-commerce guru and keen understanding of conversions, key metrics and how to optimize campaigns.  Terrific focus on the customer experience and how it relates to e-commerce and driving conversions.MBA preferredPassionate about the Internet, Mobile and the customer experience
