Vice President of Operations (MRI) - Sunny Southern California (Orange Co.)
We’re currently recruiting to locate a highly accomplished Vice President of Operations, specializing in Health Care Services. Our client specializes in state-of-the-Art MRI services. The company is privately held and growing exponentially in their products and services offerings.
Its MRI Centers feature unique imaging system, manufactured by the industry leader FONAR and offers unsurpassed precision and comfort to its patients. The Company focuses on building relationships with physicians, chiropractors, and attorneys.
The Vice President of Operations we seek must possess the following skills and abilities:
Summary: Seeking qualified executive of MRI division. Person must have well-rounded healthcare experience including prior marketing interests, Exemplary Public Relation skills, Operations, Finance, and overall MRI experience. Must be familiar with PACS, and other RIS technologies.
The following are requirements set forth by our client for the position looking to be filled:
Essential duties, responsibilities or skill sets include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for day to day operations of all MRI sites nationwide.
2. Ability to travel to sites to oversee local management.
3. Ability to evaluate potential growth as it relates to analysis of new sites.
4. Problem solving skills to maintain profitability of all MRI sites.
5. Financial evaluations
6. Reports to COO
Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill set, and/or ability required.
· Education and/or experience:
Four year degree from a top tier University/College (Masters Degree preferred); and a minimum of five years related experience performing in this capacity within a Health Care Corporate setting.
· Language Skills:
Ability to speak, read, analyze, and interpret, in English, documents such as complex MRI specifications. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
· Computer Skills:
Highly competent in Microsoft Office. Experience using Databases to manage,maintain and
developing business relationships.
· Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
· Other Skills and Abilities:
Strong Leadership skills are highly necessary in this role.
