Vinyl Graphics Tech - Graphic Designer - Advertising Layout Designer

Summary

 

This part-time position encompasses several areas:

1.  Vinyl Graphics Technician – design and layout graphics for vinyl plotter output for trailers, trucks, signs, etc., using Vinyl Express software per inside and outside client’s specifications.

2.  Graphic Designer – Create and revise logos, brochures, marketing materials, etc., per inside and outside client’s specifications.

3.  Advertising Layout Designer - Layout and revise multiple dealership newspaper and magazine advertisements per Marketing Manager’s direction using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

 

Ideal candidate will possess:



 

•Strong computer skills and be proficient inAdobe Creative Suite software and Vinyl Graphics / plotter software

•Ability to work under tight deadlines,prioritize, and schedule outside client jobs

•Strong organization skills and ability tomulti-task

•Excellent customer service skills

•Excellent verbal and written communicationskills

 

Education and Experience

 

Two (2) years experience in vinyl graphic design, production andinstallation

Two (2) years experience in page layout in Adobe Illustrator

Two (2) years experience in photo manipulation, cropping and creatingclipping paths in Adobe Photoshop

High School Graduate or TechnicalSchool education
