Do you have experience working on retail or consumer product websites? You will be working on seasonal campaigns and an exciting new initiative to give the site and brand a face lift. There is a web development team, but this person has to create concepts within the direction of the Creative Director's strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Adapt creative styles as needed while maintaining creative, technical and brand standards universally.Provide multiple innovative design solutions for all online/offline creative problems.Contribute to the evolution and strategy of design policies and practices as applied to the implementation of standards, color, typography and visual expressions of the brand.Further the design toward a cohesive, unified vision through hands-on design, having a critical eye towards developing a consistent product for the project brand as a whole.Present and sell design concepts and support design from a practical standpoint.REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years experience in both consumer and corporate markets. Marketing, advertising, interactive, interface, print, user-centered and eCommerce design experience is required. Agency experience is a plus.
