Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Career/Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Reference Code: M-260-np-41763 Web Content Manager Web Content Manager with SEO/SEMOur client, a well known oilfield services company, is seeking a web content manager with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience. SEO/SEM is a must, not a plus! Web analytics reporting experience is a plus. Purpose The web content manager is responsible for the content on the company website and other e-marketing channels (Search engine ads, targeted e-mail, surveys, etc.). He/she ensures that content is consistent with the Schlumberger image, brand and corporate standard, and maintained to the highest levels of quality. Responsibilities Works with the MarCom managers and other sponsors to plan and execute web and e-marketing projects from inception through completion ensuring timely project releases. Coordinates the work of writers/editors and web designers to produce high quality content, consistent with the company image, brand and corporate standard. Ensures that e-marketing content is correctly implemented within the current Web structure, and fully cross-linked. Performs initial quality assurance (QA) and organizes additional QA as needed to ensure that e-marketing content is high quality, and published according to the guidelines for Web content, SEO, premium content and e-mail marketing. Monitors the public website for stale or incorrect content, and initiates corrective actions. Works with the Web architecture team to plan and impleent web architecture improvements. Manages the assignment and closure of website correction tickets (Dragnet). Leads and directs the work of Web Designers.
