Salary/Rate: 80.00 - 110.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Location: Bellevue, WA 98112 Category: Creative/Design Start: 5/7/2008 Our agency client is in need of a Senior Web Developer.You will be working closely with the creative department in concepting design, and then developing sites for clients.Key Competencies: ¥ Strong knowledge of cross browser HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. ¥ Familiarity with Web Design concepts and best practices, a keen eye for details, the ability to convert Photoshop mock-ups into HTML, and a deep hatred for mis-aligned pixels. ¥ Knowledge of SQL for MS SQL Server and familiarity with other databases is preferred. ¥ Knowledge of supplementary web technologies, such as Flash and Silverlight, XML, AJAX, and Web Services, and Online Services provided by SalesForce, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, and others. ¥ Knowledge of Web Content Management best practices. ¥ Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security best practices, across the Network, OS, and application levels. ¥ Knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, trade show ROI, banner ad analytics, and email campaign measurement. ¥ Ability to help write project requirements that are interesting enough that people will actually read them. ¥ Effective interpersonal skills, with a special emphasis on facilitating a collaborative working arrangement in support of a broad and range of diverse contributors. ¥ Flexibility, including the capacity to respond to a dynamically changing environment, while managing competing priorities in complex project scenarios. ¥ Strong organizational skills, with a drive to manage intricate details with precision and accuracy. ¥ Ability to deliver on-time and on-budget ¥ Communicate/collaborate respectfully, striving for the best team synergies, process improvements, and in-studio innovation. ¥ Experience developing interactive solutions with integrate with backend database solutions.
