You should be hands on with PHP, CSS, Dreamweaver and/or handcoding Flash. Photoshop, Illustrator skills also required. Mac based. You MUST have web 2.0 and MySpace layouts in your portfolio-something that stands out, perhaps utilizing Flash. Movable type a plus. You should have familiarity with widgets, some proficiency with databases, MYSQL etc. This is a very hip cool environment.
