We are looking for a Web Writer to manage high-quality content and timely production for two external Web sites and one internal Web site, from concept to execution.  Core responsibilities include developing and managing content for: EBSCO.com, Inside EBSCO and the EBSCO Support Site.

 

Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism
· Minimum of 5 years’ professional Web site writing experience in a corporate, B2B environment

· Proven ability to write substantive yet persuasive sales copy
· Proven ability to orchestrate Web site copy and layout for optimal usability and traffic
· Outstanding verbal communication and diplomacy skills; demeanor for public, professional presentations; team player qualities/must work well with a wide range of staff and management

Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong, demonstrable knowledge of AP style
· Familiarity with Ace Project Management Software, ExactTarget e-mail software, Microsoft SharePoint and Flash graphics software a plus
