Job Description We are seeking a full time, motivated junior web designer/web site developer for a variety of national and local clients to work in our Bayport Long Island office. YOU MUST LIVE IN SUFFOLK OR NASSAU COUNTY and be able to travel to our Bayport, Long Island office daily. Primary responsibilities include:

  Design and develop websites from start to finish Creating web site navigation, look and feel based on provided input Build pages with provided text, photos and graphics Editing, updating and expanding existing websites Light Flash development (will train) Handling multiple projects simultaneously Communicating effectively with management (mostly) and clients(occasionally)

 

 

Requirements

 

 

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

  Dreamweaver, HTML Fireworks and Photoshop Developing and designing websites on a PC Being a team player with excellent written/oral communication skills An excellent eye for web site design

 

A PLUS TO HAVE:

  SEO (understanding of optimization principles) Experience with Flash, ASP, ASP.Net, PHP and database integration and e-commerce An understanding of usability and conversion principles Understanding of basic marketing principles
