Western Area Manager

Team One, an integrated full-service marketing agency, and unit of Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, is looking for the Western Area Manager to lead our West Coast Lexus field account group on the Lexus Western Dealer Association business.

We are looking for this regional Western Area Manager to be responsible for……..

Innovative Strategic Leadership:

· Oversee the development of market plans that are clearly driven to achieve and surpass the Client’s goals and objectives.

· Maintain knowledge of all strategies and champion creative work.

· Develop strong POVs with sound strategic thinking and business acumen.

Excellent Client Service:

· Provide the cornerstone partnership with the client -- particularly with the Lexus Area Office and the Western Area's largest and most high-profile Dealer Clients.

· Prepare and lead regular meetings with the Association's Board-of-Directors.

· Develop and deliver enthusiastic, pertinent, and persuasive presentations for Board, market meetings, and individual dealer visits.

Strong Account Stewardship:

· Oversee the development and implementation of all monthly/quarterly/annual activity with the Western Area LDA Board.

· Work very closely with Agency's Account Managers to ensure that all market-level activity in the West is properly planned, implemented, and analyzed.

· Ensure proper management, tracking, and reporting of Area/Market budgets.

Effective Day-to-Day Leadership:

· Provide training, coaching, mentorship, and overall management of the Agency's Western regional team.

· Coordinate Agency resources and capabilities as they pertain to Western Area Dealer marketing needs.

· Provide proactive leadership to ensure Agency's needs and Client expectations are met/exceeded on a day-to-day basis in the West, while preserving the integrity of Agency's efforts and work throughout the process.

 What’s required……..

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· Minimum 7-10 years of account management experience.

· Minimum of 5-8 years of regional marketing experience (at least 4-5 in automotive).

· Phenomenal communication skills, both written and verbal.
