Workforce resource specialist position at the NIH

The Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources of one of the NIH institutes is urgently seeking their WORKFORCE RESOURCE SPECIALISTThe ideal candidate will have: ' Worked with senior staff on managing staff development to better align the workforce with program goals as well as organizational structure' Created reports and briefings ' Done a variety of analyses ' Benchmarking experience; program evaluation experience and have been involved in projects' Proficient use of ExcelThe requirements for this position are the following: ' Bachelors degree in a related field preferred ' Experience focused on participation and less on assisting ' Prepare and deliver briefing materials that are clear and concise ' Excellent excel skills (spreadsheets, analysis, formulation, trends) ' Program evaluation experience ' Experience in researching, compiling and analyzing data/trends using various qualitative and quantitative techniques to make projections and recommendations ' Experience with workforce planning, competency management and/or succession planning a plus.
