We have an excellent opportunity for a Youth Market Director in our San Jose office.Key responsibilities include selling our lifesaving mission to local schools through prospecting and securing school participation in the Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart programs; providing the tools and training needed to help schools establish and meet fund raising goals; recruiting and managing strong relationships with volunteers, and ensuring overall success of the programs with a fundraising goal of $265,000. Qualified applicants will have:' Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience' 2+ years of successful fund raising or outside sales experience' Demonstrated ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management' A proven track record in meeting sales/fundraising goals.' Highly effective organization, multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.' Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.'
