Description/Requirements:

Requires BSEE and 5+ years relevant experience in development of electro-mechanical systems.  Experience with electric motors and electric motor drive circuits, analog and digital circuits and/or control systems is highly desirable.  Training or experience in project planning, execution and leadership is beneficial.  Aerospace or automotive industry experiences are preferred.  The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional approach, strong engineering skills, clear communication, leadership, and the drive to create solutions.  Should have ability to multi-task, manage product design and development efforts from conception to completion and effectively manage cross-functional teams.
