Bliss Battelle is a world leader in science and technology research. Our Systems Analysis and Engineering (SA&E) Product Line provides on-site/nearby engineering and science support to government clients throughout the United States. SA&E is seeking an Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN), Leave Behind Equipment (LBE)Liaison Officer for assignment at Ft Bliss, TX for full time regular shift work. Attractive compensation will be based on qualifications and experience. A benefits package will be provided. Relocation support prior to aasignment not available. The selected candidate will work with U.S. Army forces/civilians stationed at Ft. Bliss, TX in addition to Army Guard and Reserve units within that region. Primary job responsibilities will include: * Serves as the TACOM ARFORGEN representative responsible for assuring that critical actions are integrated and properly executed within the ARFORGEN parameters for LBE. Coordinates with higher HQ and units. *Provides logistics support to the Command, Item Managers, supported units, Project Managers (PM) and others within the Product Support Integrated Directorate (PSID). *Responsible for establishing, executing and monitoring ARFORGEN equipping efforts associated with the Reset/Train, Ready, Available Force Pools. *Performs broad and complex studies and analysis of logistical processed, policies and procedures, originating at higher echelons or other Major Subordinates Commands (MSCs). *Acts as the focal point for all ARFORGEN fund requests and monitors progress on those actions. Assists the PMs and Item Managers in forecasting associated funding requirements. Candidate resumes must demonstrate the following minimum requirements in order to be forwarded for consideration: -Education: High school and 16 years of related work experience; or BA/BS and 12 years related experience; or MS and 10 years related experience. -Specific Experience: Requires experience with implementing/managing Army wholesale, and retail level supply/logistics/maintenance programs including the Standard Army Retail Supply System and Standardized Unit Property Book. -Candidate needs excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to interact effectively with Army leadership at the 04-06/GS13-15 level. -Microsoft Office Suite Fluency - Expert level required. -Must have sole US Citizenship in order to secure or maintain DoD Secret clearance.
