Centauri Solutions has openings for qualified Administrative Support and Facility Security professionals to staff an Intelligence Fusion Center located in Charlottesville, VA. These positions will support the Intelligence Analysts in the production and coordination of DoD and interagency all-source counter IED initiatives.  We are seeking personnel with experience in the following functional areas:

• General Administration
• Facility Security

The Administrative Support personnel will assist in the production of reoccurring administrative and intelligence products. The staff will support scheduling and coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, security clearance verification for visitors, maintain task schedules, compile, edit and produce status reports, track action items, and maintain repository of current briefing versions. Other duties include: maintain internal phone, seating, and manning rosters, CONUS/OCONUS rotation schedules and organize a spreadsheet tracking all production efforts.

The Facility Security Officer must have a minimum of five years experience working in a classified environment and be knowledgeable in National Industrial Security Program procedures.  Responsibilities include processing personnel clearances and visit requests, writing Standard Practice Procedures, maintaining security records and files and interfacing with government security representatives. These positions offer an exceptional opportunity to work at an innovative facility in Charlottesville, VA.

Active Secret Top Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications include:

• 3 years relevant administrative experience or 5 years working experience in a classified environment
• High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail and follow-through
