Accurately forwards calls to appropriate person without delay. Welcomes visitors and contacts appropriate person to escort visitors to their destination. Maintains a log of all employees and visitors as they enter and exit the building. Makes sure all visitors are identified with a visitor badge upon arrival. Receives and sorts all incoming mail.  Assists other department with administrative projects.  Manages the appearance of the Reception Area. This is an excellent position to gain more experience and move up in the Company. Prior experience of 1-2 years as a receptionist using a multi-line switchboard or equivalent position.  Professional appearance and a positive attitude are required. Looking for a self-starter who is self-motivated, articulate, organized, dependable, and prompt. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.  PC experience including basic Word and Excel.
