Aircraft Inspection Specialist

Job Description: Highly motivated individual needed for fast paced Aircraft Maintenance and Modification Center. Duties include but not limited to: performing required company acceptance inspection and operational checks of completed major/final assemblies for productions, modification, and development aircraft/ground support equipment to assure quality conformance to company/customer requirements and specifications. Individual must be able to perform inspections to ensure final quality of installations, configuration and operational response of Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Systems, Structures, Components and Controls. The position requires utilization of general and specialized inspection equipment to ensure quality, in accordance with applicable specifications and standards. Also must be proficient in shop math and be able to interpret engineering and assembly drawings and specifications. Individual will be required to perform inspections in preparation of aircraft first flight and delivery of aircraft and products to customer. Candidate must have the ability to work in confined spaces. Candidate should have the ability to operate a personal computer to document inspection results and non-conforming materials. Job Qualifications: Four (4) years of high school or equivalent and a minimum of five years (5) years experience. Candidate must be able to obtain a secret security clearance
