Aircraft Manager

Define, coordinate and plan aircraft interior work scope coordinating frequent changes and conflicting priorities. Work with the program manager, customers, engineers and completion center personnel in the installation of interiors per STC Projects. Coordinate with other departments, such as planning, interiors, mechanical systems, structures, maintenance and avionics during installation to determine work scope on a daily basis and set priorities to enhance the project.

 Have the ability to track status on the interior completion and coordinate with the program manager an effective schedule to ensure the completion stay on schedule.

 Have the ability to multitask and absorb a complete overview of an ongoing project, and communicate to mangers and supervisors in a manner that will enhance the flow of work without interfering with individual tasks. Be able to support program reviews when requested, and provide accurate scope of work that has been accomplished and still needs to be accomplished, and provide the data to support the review.
