Aircraft Sales Managers
2 positions available - 1 position for Teterboro NJ and 1 for Boston, MAOur Client is looking for a knowledgeable and result-driven Sales Manager to be based in the North Eastern United States. This position will call for establishing new relationships with customers, nurturing existing ones and identifying & capturing new opportunities in business aviation. The goal is to ensure long-term mutually beneficial partnerships between customers and Innotech Aviation, and, in the process, achieve the yearly sales objectives. The position reports to the Director, Sales & Marketing, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.DutiesØ Meets and exceeds the yearly sales quotas for the allocated regionØ Establishes new customer relationships and grow customer baseØ Nurtures current customer relationships to maximize recurring businessØ Prepares for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunitiesØ Works with the team to find optimal solution for customer and servicesØ Gathers market information and shares with colleagues to maintain competitiveness.Ø Maintains record of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins & losses on database.Ø Documents and submits customer request for quotation to Montreal estimating team.Ø Follows-up on quotes with customer towards closure.Ø Participates in the development of the sales strategic plan, order forecasting, sales process optimization and sales tactics development.RequirementsØ Excellent communicator and negotiator to effectively and efficiently managing the sales cycleØ Superior inter-personal skills displaying genuine empathy for customer needsØ Good problem solving skills to overcome hurdlesØ Good listener able to reveal clients unexpressed needs and superior empathy to build lasting relationships with customers based on trust and integrity.Ø Team player helping colleagues, company and customers to succeedØ High business and personal ethics and integrity to strengthen clients' brand equity in the market placeØ Dependable and reliable self-starter and autonomous able to operate under minimal supervisionØ Result driven striving to beat targetsØ Persistent and disciplined in pursuing leads and opportunities, documenting customer interaction diligentlyØ Willingness to learn and develop self, others and companyØ Flexible and open-mindedØ General knowledge of business aviation maintenance and avionicsØ Knowledge of Bombardier, Raytheon and Gulfstream product lines is a plusØ Knowledge and experience of executive interior sales is also a plusØ Computer literate and Web-savvyØ Able to travelØ 5 year of experience in the aviation sectorØ Prior sales and/or marketing and technical experienceAble to work in the US
